The procedure to enable a new repair project is considered applicable only to customer who did never entrusted to Studio Camporese the repair of their electronic boards. Manufacturers, distibutors and service centers already customer have the advantage to be able to exploit consolidated information, requirements and procedures.

Enable a New Repair Line

Studio Camporese proposes servicing and repair services both for old generation electronic equipment and electronic equipment based on more recent technologies.In order to make the relationship of customers with the laboratory more efficient and transparent, Studio Camporese communicates the details of the job and the technical and financial aspects adopted when starting a new repair project.

Steps of a New Repair Project

  • Study of the board to be repaired (even when no diagrams are available).

Step needed to acquire technical information useful to open a repair line on a boards release. At least one operating board is required and 5-10 boards of the same type. Then at least 1-2 boards shall remain available to the laboratory for further controls with products that will be received for repair.

  • Creation of technical documentation for laboratory internal use.
  • Diagnostic Test Setup.
  • Dunctional Test Setup.
  • Creation of parts warehouse with search of components on the international market.
  • Managment of the repaired product logistics.
